Background Ugulu O Lawrence was born in 18th of June 1963 at Abala-Uno in Ndokwa East LGA of Delta State. He is married with four Children and had his first work experience at defund College of Education Agbor as Clerical Officer in year 1981. After I had my higher Education Qualifications I was promoted to a Librarian in the year 1999. Thereafter I rose to the rank of a deputy college Liberian in the year 2009. Later I was appointed College Librarian in the then College of Physical Education, Mosogar Delta State in September 2011. In July 1st 2017 I was appointed Chief Librarian in the defund College of Education. Presently, I was placed as Lecturer 1 in the newly formed University of Delta, Agbor and appointed as the Acting Head of Department of Library and Information Science. Also former Acting University Librarian. I am a prolific writer with several books, journal articles, and seminar presentations to my credit.
